Location : Remote - Full Time
Cheshire Impact, one of the leading Pardot and Salesforce Partners. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who has solid Pardot experience, excellent B2B marketing skills, and technology best practice experience.
The Customer Success Manager will be the point of contact for our Managed Service Accounts and responsible for offering extreme value to clients. This candidate will provide support revenue strategy, marketing automation training, and best practices, execute in Pardot and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This person will have a marketing background who is used to multitasking and is constantly improving their sales, marketing, and technology efforts.

Responsibilities / Requirements
? Own client accounts and manage and/or execute all deliverables for each account, which could include monthly marketing campaigns, nurture builds, and optimization of Pardot and Salesforce
? Working knowledge and passion for marketing strategies including: progressive profiling, nurture campaigns, dynamic segmentation and the marketing funnel
? Offer proactive marketing and sales strategy to clients, tailored to their specific industry
? Maintain client happiness and achieve benchmarks for all accounts
? Continuously analyze client progress by providing reporting for all accounts
? Identify opportunities to upsell or extend current contracts Required Skills and Experience
? 2+ years’ experience in a B2B Marketing role
? 1+ years’ experience executing in Pardot; 2+ years working in a marketing automation tool
? A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet clients’ strategic marketing goals? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others remotely
