Job Summary:

Access is looking for a proven Digital Sales Executive to market and sell our innovative FileBRIDGE solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain a strong sales funnel, and a successful record selling SaaS solutions to midsized and large corporations. Experience selling HR technologies is not required, but is considered a strong advantage. The ability to manage a multi-departmental sales process up to and including senior executives is a must, as is the ability to travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for and manage a pipeline of new logos in an assigned geographic territory
  • Assess prospective client’s current and potential needs and how Access solutions can address
  • Support and implement all program initiatives for targeted solicitation of new clients
  • Leverage a team of subject matter experts to win business and grow revenue
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person meetings and demonstrations as required
  • Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders, business and IT, within prospective accounts
  • Efficiently manage a complex sales cycle that results in new business for Access

 

Desired Skills and Expertise:

  • Minimum of 5 years enterprise software sales experience in an external sales capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads to prospects and prospects to clients
  • Experience selling a Software as a Service application
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth team environment
  • Ability to engage comfortably with technical and business leaders
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate through Solution Selling methods
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a pipeline that supports growth objectives
  • Ability to uncover customer need and translate it to the appropriate Access solution
  • Experience building and delivering effective value propositions
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to travel as required for in-person meetings (estimated 20-30%)
  • Consistent job tenure and work history
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
